我用的bq78350-r1和bq76920两个芯片，在电池充电的时候，用的 EV2300调试，电脑端使用的软件bqstudio，显示充电满 100% 之后，就自动断开充电了，但是实际充电没充满，发送RESET命令之后，重新读取数据，电量显示就没有100%了，然后继续充电。请问怎么解决这个问题？
