为何在保护电路中，MOS在正端需要充电MOS靠近电芯，放电MOS靠近P+
而在负端又正好相反呢？

你可以从MOS的体二极管去考虑。
只有这样接，充电MOS关断才能真正切断充电电流。放电MOS也是这样。
