问一下 Permanent Fail 这个主要是用来干什么的？看了很久的英文文档，不是很懂，求懂的人大概讲一下，感激不尽。
只能自己给解答一下了，其实这一章节就是配置永久行错误的。当出现充电放电之类的错误时会永久的关闭chg和dsg FET，然后芯片会记录电池最后的状态，以及出错的原因等信息，类似与飞机黑匣子的功能。
