在实际应用中，由于电脑的EC设置得不合理，导致必须将cuvr设置为2800mv,cuv设置为3000mv。这样当单体电压低于CUV,高于CUVR时。CUV标志位就一直的置位和取消。请TI工程师从逻辑、此状态下的功耗、安全性能（可能发生的故障）等分析。
