我用BQ2954里DATESHEET中的电路搭建了外围电路，现在遇见的问题：
1、9脚TPWM脚有锯齿波（也就说明震荡了），但是14脚没有PWM波，也没电压
2、还有怎么才能知道芯片其他管脚正常工作了，我刚接触不是太了解
麻烦各位指导
建议分享一下您的设计，设计或layout不好都有可能导致问题
