需要一款buck芯片，Vin > 8v 时 Vout = 8v，
Vin <=8v 时 Vout = Vin.
9v左右均可以，效率尽可能高。

是乎找不到直接合适的芯片方案。
找到的具备BY-PASS功能的芯片应用电压都是很低的，可能需要用降压芯片来搭一个这样功能的芯片，但是也没有找到相关案例。
