最近做智能电池，BQ76940芯片进入SHIP模式后，就不能够唤醒了。能说一下唤醒的步骤吗
从SHIP模式唤醒后，芯片报错，DEVICE_XREADY这位一直为1
检查一下CAP1/2/3和REGOUT是否都有电压输出，TS1/2/3的NTC是否有开路？
还要检查下，有4个NC pin,是否短接到CAP2， 和CAP3，
CAP2和CAP3已经短接，NTC1，接有热敏电阻，NTC2和三没有
REGOUT和CAP1/2/3都有输出，I2C也能通信，但是不能开启平衡，DEVICE_XREADY这位一直报错
你需要在TS2和TS3上接上NTC或一个固定的电阻。
固定了电阻还是不能唤醒，需要深度掉电芯片才能复活
