30V输入，5V输出，为什么加负载时，最大只能输出1A的电流，再加电流时，电压会被拉低到4V以下

建议你确认一下layout, 可以参照datasheet, 注意功率回路尽量小，同时避免寄生参数引起的不稳定，否则容易引起带载能力降低。（特别注意sense电阻，避免 noise)
其次确认功率电感饱和电流足够，建议至少大于最大输出电流的1.2倍。.

你的采样电阻是多少，采样电阻大会有问题。建议抓一下故障时的SW端和Vin的电压波形。
