目前TI的电量计都采用的Impedance track的方法。
我有一点不太清楚，
为了测量Qmax和实时的电池阻抗，都需要知道电池的开路电压（OCV）, 但电量计已经连接在系统上，而且系统也一直在使用，如果知道OCV的呢，，

您可以参考www.ti.com.cn/.../slua450.pdf 这篇文档，如果系统的电流很小的话我们可以近似地认为测量的就是OCV，另外对于同一电池，如果知道DOD的话，通过DOD和OCV的对应关系也可以知道OCV。
TI根据现在smart phone tablet应用中待机电流过大导致Qmax 更新条件不满足的问题，提出了fast Qmax的想法。就是在电池头尾端，OCV不那么平坦的区域，在小电流下也可以更新Qmax和OCV
