这个文档里面 开关管用的NMOS但是放在电源侧，源极接电源，栅极控制电压如何获得呢，这样可以吗？是不是应当用PMOS呢？
没看懂 能给解说一下吗？ 我的意思是 用N沟的mos做开关 GATE控制需要高电平 但是这个片子接在电源上高电平从哪里来呢？？
就是芯片内部可能含有电荷泵之类的升压电路，GATE这个管脚的输出电压可以高于芯片供电电压。
