我现在用SPI发命令想控制 第一节主动充电均衡开启，请问SPI发命令 应该发多少，
对照如下表格，只能知道是开启哪一节，并不知道是充电还是放电。
应该是发送1001。最左边的那bit代表方向，1为充电，0为放电
