芯片在平衡时候，读取每节电芯电压，发现相邻组那两片（第五节和第六节）电压有跳动，跳动幅度20多毫伏，使用示波器查看，发现电压的确有跳动，其余的电芯都无，这个正常么？在不开平衡的时候都是正常的。
跳动持续多长时间？最好把波形放上来看看
会持续跳两个周期250ms，波形忘记保存了，现在解决办法是通过关闭平衡来测电压。而且跳动的只会是相邻组之间的两片电芯
