应该是变压器磁饱和，感值、卷线方式、线径等都会导致。
1、FB接地没有问题
2、从你的参数来看，你设计的输出电压是24V，那么Rled选择10K有些大了，调整到5.1K试试，另外下面哪个1uF电容暂时去掉。
3、TL431的补偿电容放一个105的试试。
