目前在选一款LED驱动，发现TLC59116比较满足需求，但是TLC59116这种的I2C的地址位只有2位，我们希望有三位的地址位。希望推荐一款类似的LED驱动或者满足将3位IIC地址位转为2位地址位的芯片。
IIC地址都是7为的，硬件上A0到A3可以决定地址的低4位
