UCC28250如何实现输出侧预偏置电压起动？
当UCC28250是副边控制，预偏置采用双环控制策略，即原边占空比由电压环控制，副边整流管占空比由独立的反馈环控制，二者配合以实现输出“能量”从合适值开始而不会引起倒灌。
需要注意，由于涉及到双环控制，要防止正反馈的产生，通过限制VSNS引脚电压低于FB引脚电压即可达到目的。
