BQ7630似乎连接上了，但读写寄存器无法操作！还有ALERT管教输出电压为2.5V，芯片上电后默认是这个电压值吗
alert 在没有内部故障的情况下是低的，
我的情况是这样的，一开始BQ78350和BQ76930通讯是好的。在对BQ78350进行配置时会出现，REGOUT输出2.5V，接电池瞬间有，几秒钟之后又没有了。重新BOOT后，2.5V有了，但此时的ALERT管脚为2.5V高电平。没发正常通讯工作了！现在的问题是怎样清除故障，使ALERT管脚变为低电平！
