TI用什么芯片可以升压120-160V的输出电压

目前在做一个激光雷达传感器，使用雪崩光电二极管，光电二极管需要120~160V的偏置电压，请问TI有什么芯片可以升压到120~160V呢？

我们输入电压是5~15V，输出电压要求120V~160V，输出电流约10mA以内，一般几个mA就OK，请帮忙看下，谢谢 。
