用LMZ31520设计的12V转1V，现在输出1V正常，实测1.01V，PWRGD引脚为何一直为低？只有0.5V左右，我用的是内部上拉100K，PWRGD_PU引脚接3.3V。
之前用外部上拉100K到3.3V就没问题。知道的能解释下为什么吗？

断电测试open drain的MOS是否击穿了？
如果没有击穿不应该有这个逻辑的。
好的芯片是不可能有这个问题的，否则过不了芯片出厂检测。
我是不是买到假芯片了。之前用的好的片子上面字体偏小，标识48V，这次买的字体大，标识77W，能从这里判断出真假吗
