可以直接用MOS来做，用3.3V控制12V上的MOS.
嗯，那使用MOS管有什么要注意的吗？是组成某种电路，还是只要一个mos管的源、漏、栅极接上相应的电源即可？
第一次做这个心里很没底。。
TI有LM5060, LM5050, LM5069 之类的芯片可以做。你可以www.ti.com上下载下datasheet看看
