实现方式，请查看数据手册的第1页：
电流检测：使用电流互感器对变换器的输入电流进行取样，取样信号接到CS脚，利用这个信号实现过流保护。当当出现过流故障时，关断输出脉冲，重新开始新的周期。
电压的检测：输出电压经过电阻分压后，经过光耦反馈到UCC3895的EAP脚，该电压与器件内部的斜波电压进行
比较，调整PWM控制器输出脉冲信号的宽度，从而稳定变换器输出电压
