把电容去掉试试，电容的参数引起的吧？
电容去掉会好点，但是还是不能够在关断时间内关断

减小R82,R84, MOS管g极充电电流太小导致驱动电压上升太慢。
MOS栅极的驱动电阻太大，R82也要改小
