电脑WIN7系统，我将USB转串口线接到电脑后，显示驱动安装，驱动和GUI都安装完，端口也选同一个，可是一打开就出现如图所示。
我用虚拟机里面的XP系统，除了驱动是自己装的，其他操作一样，结果要打开也是显示无法打开。请问怎么解决？
在设备管理器里面检查一下串口设备，确保硬件连接上了，看一下是否有串口设备
