30串保护板低15串BQ7694006采集电压异常

我这个是30串的保护板，还是研发阶段。高15串采集电压还算正常，但是低15串如图老是出现11节至15节采集电压出现问题，换了几次芯片后都能恢复正常但是待机半天或一两天就仍然会出现同样的问题，用万用表打靠近芯片的电压确实是有问题，并且第15节电压是10V左右。TI的工程师们能不能帮忙分析一下是什么样的情况。
