假设我电池学习好了 固件也生成了，再后来的使用过程中假设我要修改 data flash的参数 比如 OTC Taper current 等请问这还需要去重新学习吗。是不是可以直接修改参数
学习主要是为了更新Qmax和Ra，如果只是修改OTC Taper current 等参数，不需要重新学习。
