在学习之前要不要 把 Ra table 清0 ，因为我新电池做learn cycle 是直接导入以前的量产固件 在上面修改参数的
RA table不用清零，首先一定选择好正确的chem id，然后做learn cycle时 Ra table会自动更新
一开始Ra_flag就 显示0055，要不要写成ff55
你选择了正确的Chem ID并烧录后，Ra_flag默认是ff55。学习开始后会Ra_flag自动更新。
