最近尝试用TPS79650 现在是输入多少 输出就是多少

输入输出击穿了？
确认一下有没有输入过压(如果直接是电池供电，注意不要插拔电池，造成硬开关导致的过压)，或者是电流反灌（输入没有电压，输出有电压而导致电流反灌）？
芯片是不是损坏了，建议更换芯片试一下。实验室最好先用电流源设置限流，检查一下能否正常工作，再换上锂电池
