您好，用可调电源，12.5v到13V之间都行。 我想的基本工作原理是这样 ：可调电源有电时用可调电源的电，没有才用锂电池的，有没有这类的应用可以参考呢？

可以用 bq25703A。
你的12V锂电池是否是3节，实际12.6V，如果是这样的话需要用升降压的芯片来做，例如BQ25703A
