ucc28019芯片不启动，8脚没有电压，3脚也没电压，3脚是采集电流的脚没电压说明没采集到电流，电流没采到我该怎么调试电路才能试芯片启动

做个启动测试，用示波器测试驱动，如果VCC电压超过11V, Vsense侦测没有问题，驱动是完全没有反应？还是PWM输出几个波形后就没有呢？
这个用于判定是芯片问题，还是电路设计问题？
