芯片核心电压电流5.3A MAX。可否用TPS54329并联使用呢？

不能，这个属于电压控制型，并联无法均流。
建议你选择一个电流大的芯片，例如TPS54620: http://www.ti.com.cn/product/cn/TPS54620/technicaldocuments
类似TPS54620这类电流控制芯片是可以并联使用的。
