有没有哪款单节锂电池电量计芯片是不需要使用EV2400或者EV2300工具就可以正常使用的呢？

无论是否使用EV2400. learning cycle 需要完成电池的一次完整的充放电循环，在充放电的过程中需要一直采集电压，电流，时间等数据，所以需要IIC的通信是稳定的，最简单和快捷的方式，就是使用EV2400加上GDK来实现learning cycle
