电路图如上，VCC=12V。MOS漏极接24V输入。在半桥电路中，只接低侧MOS不接高侧MOS时，HO和LO都有12V输出，接上高侧MOS后，MOS开始发出滋滋声，MOS和栅极驱动芯片温度显著上升（未接负载），此时低侧输出12V方波，高侧输出35V左右的方波
