电路你可以借助TI官网：http://www.ti.com.cn/product/cn/LM5118 上webench仿真确认。
纹波偏大，你需要确认电路输出电容，环路补偿，甚至layout.
其次你需要注意测试，从波形看，你的测试看起来是有问题的，具体看附件。
看波形像是从示波器接地线过长引入的噪声，建议使用最小环路测量
