请问一下在计算ISO26262的ASIL等级时要用到元器件的失效率，LM2596S-ADJ的失效率是多少？

你需要通过TI网站获得质量报告：
http://www.ti.com/supportform 递交质量文档的需求，问题类型选择quality那个选项
然后根据里面的数据来计算失效率。（或许质量报告里面有失效率）
或者直接根据MTBF算年失效率
