24V供电，输出正负15V，外围几个电容值怎么确定，如图接法是否可行

电路是这样连接的，关于电容，按照datasheet推荐，输出电容至少1uF. 输入电容采用低ESR,0.47uF电容。（见datasheet： www.ti.com.cn/.../dcv012415d.pdf 第七页，电容layout尽量靠近芯片脚）
