创建golden image 时 no acknowledge to device 但又显示创建成功

您好，
我在Create Image Files时，单独选择生成.srec时，会显示生成成功，然后设备就断开连接。
选择生成.bqfs 和 .dffs时，会显示“The creation of one or more golden image files has failed”，接着设备也断开连接。
我的用ev2300，其他操作时通信是正常的，就进行生成Golden Image操作时会出现这种情况。
请问为什么会这样？该如何解决呢？
