如何得到 15V 30mA / 10V 30mA 基准电压 且精度能达到千分之一

就单独用芯片做这样一个基准，应该是没有合适的芯片的。 （要么电压不够，要么电流不够）
不过你可以尝试用高精度基准芯片+高精度运放来做。
