就是在跳线点旁边的电阻，开始以为是平衡电阻，但是不是，还有就是north和south端的那一排电阻有什么用？标注0R0什么意思啊
标记0R0的一般是0欧姆电阻，一般是EVM设计的时候做兼容或者调试使用
