12V转5V/1W, 电流0.2A, 功耗1.4w, 建议芯片结温不超过100℃（选125℃的工业级芯片），常温下工作（25℃下，如果环境温度偏高，意味着你需要选择热阻更低的芯片），建议热阻小于（100-25）/ 1.4=53.6℃/W
然后再LDO List中设置，输入电压〉12V，电流〉0.2A 热阻< 53℃/W, 等等，可以选择的芯片还是非常多的。

输出5W，功耗就是7W，恐怕难以选择。
