关于BQ24133充电不正常

12V、3A的稳压源插入后，稳压源会出现过流保护，稳压源输出电压变成9.76V。板子设计是2A输入，为什么会出现这个问题。后端负载已经断开。

VREF:3.28V

REGN:5.98V

BATDRV:9.41V

AC采样电阻两端电压正常。电池采样电阻两端电压量不到，为0.板子没有虚焊，封装没有问题。
