TPS54332是否有low-side MOSFET

最近在使用TPS54332产生一个8V-2A的输出，根据芯片手册，该芯片是非同步Buck转换器。但是在10.1节Layout Guidelines中第5行有如下描述，"The source of the low-side MOSFET shoulde be connected directly to the top-side PCB…"，查找了整个芯片手册也没有找到low-side mosfet，而且非同步buck也不应该有这个吧？

    Hi

       没错，这是非同步降压芯片，不存在低边MOS，datasheet描述有误。

       但是你可以将低边MOS理解为续流肖特基。

    没有低边MOS，描述的确有点问题，其主要的目的是说肖特基二极管的阳极可以等效理解为MOS的源极，摆放的时候应该和输入输出的地连在一起，以实现最小环路。
