只在0x02 BAL_CTL相应的bit置1，则相应的通道就会进行均衡。

我测试好多次 （四节电池）其中包含直接对某一个电池对应的bit位一直置1（这样的话就应该是这一个电池应该与其他的不同）， 然后观测从3.7到4.2的变化 ，最后检测效果是该电压跟另外三个没有区别
另一种测试将四节电池的电压放电到有一定的差别然后进行周期性的找出最大的电压然后平衡最大电压一个周期 ，检测充电效果（从3.7到4.2），并没有效果，不知道，你做的时候有没类似情况？
