如下，当EN电压高于1.7V，并小于Vin， 芯片启动，低于0.7V芯片关闭。 建议你留点buffer, 采用0V 和>2V的逻辑信号对是能控制。（选择2V<Ven<Vin，使得芯片启动工作）
