请问要是把WDI管脚一直接上拉到电源或下拉到地，其reset就会像个脉冲发生器一样周期性的发出复位脉冲吗？还有，TPS3823-33DBVR的WDI管脚悬空时它就自动关闭这个周期性的复位信号吗？
