TI 工程师你好，这里咨询一个AMC1200用于电流采样，电压采样，

调试时，经常会出现副边VCC5V（PIN8）短路，或是损坏。规格书范围为（2.7V-5.5V）.

 

随机性，不是同一台反复出现。有时是一颗损坏，有时是三颗损坏。

目前排除了5V 的 供电尖峰. 滤波电容105,104,。 请问还需要从什么方向分析？
