如题，自己编写了上位机，使用客户给的电池组（芯片是BQ40Z50-R1）连接上位机可以正确读出电压电流温度容量等，然后使用自己做的电池组（保护板一样），连接上位机可以检测到电池组存在，正常通信，但是读不到电压电流温度容量等，请问TI的技术人员，这种情况是怎么回事？？很急很急
