降压芯片要求：
1.输入4~18V，输出4~6V可调(或者稳定5V也可以)。
2.输出电流 5A 和 3A 各一款
3.最好是引脚在外面可焊接的，最好是常用的
升压芯片要求：
1.输入3~5V，输出稳定5V
2.输出电流3A
