TPS7A4001芯片也用很久了，一直没出问题。最近售后反映芯片烧坏，都是同一批次板子。目前输入高压、输入短路、输出大负载、输出短路测试一周后，芯片没有损坏。我的输入最高电压71V，输出13V，正常负载150uA，有没有其他可能性？
