使用48V电源输入，我把门电路电阻断开，GATE2接入VB，变成现在这样，接入MOS管后，会把MOS管FDMS86250烧毁，请问是什么问题产生出来这种波形。原理图和波形如下POE.pdf

    接入VB是禁用GATE2的功能配置，现在的现象是GATE的波形不正常，开关的波形不是一个250KHZ的矩形波，在高电平期间会夹杂其他的脉冲，MOS管开关的状态不对。

    gate 那部分电路你理解的可能有问题，你吧gate1断开你Q12 也会烧掉。电压串联起来超标了 所以烧！
