TPS57060 under voltage output

Hello,

I have a following problem about TPS57060 under voltage output.

 

we use DCDC supply for controller, the input voltage will be dropout to 4.9V when do the starting profile test. And at this time(duration 60ms,load current 200mA), we should be keep our device normal operation(DCDC output voltage must more than 4.5V).

 

So, I want to know TPS57060 if could cover our condition(Input voltage is 4.9V, output voltage more than 4.5V under 200mA load current keep 60ms).
