根据LM5066I芯片datasheet，Vref作为内部ADC采样基准电压，数据手册上为3.00V，而我板子上的电压为4.10V，从而导致采样的电压与实际相差较大。更换芯片后，故障仍然存在。电路是根据官方的typical application 原理图。请问是什么原因引起内部ADC电压基准变成4.10V？
